Inner Life Facilitator · Founder of Life Giving

Helping people return to who they truly are — from the inside out.

Most people spend their lives trying to change from the outside in — shaped by expectation, environment, and survival. I help people find their way back to themselves from the inside out.

I am an Inner Life Facilitator and the founder of Life Giving — a space for those drawn to reconnect with their inner world through reflective journaling, spiritual awareness, and the I.I.D. process: Intimacy, Identity, and Destiny.

Where this began

My journey did not start with a programme or a plan. It started with a question I could not stop asking — about God, about existence, about what lies beyond what the eye can see.

As a teenager carrying a chronic illness I had lived with since birth, I encountered God in a way I had not expected — not through doctrine, but through presence. That encounter changed everything. The illness disappeared. And something deeper began to open.

What followed was decades of learning how to understand and serve the human being from the inside out.

The formation

I trained with African Enterprise in Pietermaritzburg — one of the most formative seasons of my life in community work, counselling, and cross-cultural leadership. From there I spent over fourteen years travelling across South Africa, working with young people, churches, and communities through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one engagement.

During that same season I studied at the Baptist Theological College in Cape Town — theology, pastoral care, psychology, philosophy, and biblical languages — not to accumulate credentials, but to understand what I was already living.

I went on to found Zakheni Enterprises, a community projects and development business, and created the Life System — a structured journaling and personal development tool that became an early expression of what would eventually become Life Giving.

Over time, something shifted in how I understood the work. Religion gave way to relationship. Information gave way to experience. The outer structures became less interesting than the inner dimensions they were meant to serve.

I moved to Germany. And I kept following the thread inward.

Where I am now

Today I work as an Inner Life Facilitator — not a coach, not a therapist, not a teacher. A facilitator: someone who creates the conditions for something to happen that was already waiting to happen.

The space I tend is called Life Giving. It exists for people who sense that much of life has been lived from the outside in — shaped by circumstance, labels, and survival — and who feel a quiet pull back toward something truer within.

Life Giving begins with reflective journaling as the practical doorway. Beneath that sits the I.I.D. process — Intimacy, Identity, and Destiny — the understanding that real transformation begins with a genuine relationship with God, from which true identity is restored, and from which purpose naturally unfolds.

I have been journaling for over forty years. It is not a method I teach from a distance. It is a practice that has shaped my own life more than almost anything else.

The Life Giving ecosystem

Life Giving is one journey expressed through three dimensions:

One journey. Three layers. All moving in the same direction — from outside-in living toward inside-out being.

My philosophy

Love is the beginning. Love is the end. And everything in between — the healing, the growing, the finding of oneself — is the journey back to that.

Spirituality, for me, is not about information or performance. It is about learning to connect deeply within and giving yourself permission to be known and loved by God exactly as you are.

That is what I hold out. Not answers. Not a programme. Just a space where the journey inward becomes possible.
